Hays has partnered with a large Federal Government Agency. This is an opportunity to join the agency on an initial 6-month contract based in the Brisbane CBD.

Your new role:
The Clinical Governance Project Manager will be responsible for the management, delivery, and integration of various projects within the Clinical Governance Section. This is a leadership role that involves developing project management methodologies to monitor, report and evaluate clinical governance activies and integrate them throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Offer proficiency across a diverse spectrum of activities, potentially relevant to various program areas.
  
• Provide expert guidance on policy matters, intricate problem-solving, and issue management for both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Assume ownership for individual and team achievements, diligently monitor progress, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  
• Recommend strategic pathways within your area of responsibility, taking into account broader agency implications when making decisions.
• Skilfully manage competing priorities and strategic alignments while achieving team planning and project objectives aligned with agency goals.
  
• Make substantial contributions to innovation and business improvement strategies
  

What you'll need to succeed:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at a level designated by the Agency on request
• The ability to obtain and maintain national police checks.
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
• Sound understanding of project management delivery.
