Your new role

As an EBP Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements with technical delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable functional solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Eliciting and analysing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
  • Configuring Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement modules) and PowerApps to meet business needs
  • Acting as the key liaison between business users and technical delivery teams
  • Producing high‑quality functional and design documentation
  • Supporting testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst (or similar) in an enterprise IT environment
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Demonstrated experience producing functional specifications and design documentation
  • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 modules and PowerApps
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • A solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent professional experience
  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant certification (desirable)
