Your new role
This leading company is seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a leading medical devices company. This is a 12-month ongoing temporary contract, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys delivering meaningful, behind-the-scenes impact.
In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to executive stakeholders—managing complex calendars, sensitive communications, and travel logistics across multiple time zones, particularly the US. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing high-level, confidential support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate diaries, meetings, inboxes, and international travel
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage action items
Reconcile expenses and assist with financial processes
Support global collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Provide executive-level assistance on both ad hoc and ongoing initiatives
What you'll need to succeed Experience in an executive support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Confidence working across international time zones
Discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
