My client is seeking a highly skilled professional with significant EA experience who thrives on multitasking, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You will be the go-to person for administrative support, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and keeping projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle correspondence across multiple communication channels
  • Record minutes from meetings and draft follow-up emails
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and letters
  • Research and compile data for executive review and decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Organise and facilitate cross-locational meetings and events
  • Prioritise workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has exceptional problem-solving abilities, and can operate independently while supporting senior executives. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
