Your new role

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to step into a role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with hands-on involvement in operational activities. The company fosters a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement—where initiative is encouraged, and your contributions are genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive executive support including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the EGM.

  • Assist with the administration and coordination of acquisition activities, including document control, due diligence tracking, and stakeholder communication.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive and board-level meetings.

  • Support operational initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on key actions and deliverables.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

What you'll get in return
