Hays has partnered with a large Brisbane-based enterprise organisation currently undergoing a major transformation. As part of this journey, the company is delivering two high-impact programs aimed at replacing legacy systems and modernising its technology landscape. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking Enterprise Business Platforms Team responsible for delivering innovative solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.

Your new role

As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions across two major programs: Future Development Services Enablement (FDSE) and Workforce Management System Replacement (WMSR). You’ll:

• Develop custom modules, plugins, workflows, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, and .NET
• Customise Dynamics 365 interfaces, forms, views, and dashboards
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs
• Manage data migrations and ensure data integrity
• Optimise system performance and user experience
• Conduct testing and debugging to meet technical and functional requirements
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support and implement updates and patches
• Maintain thorough technical documentation
• Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Dynamics 365 APIs
• Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and system integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technologies
