Looking for Developer (Dynamics 365) – Brisbane/Hybrid

Your New Role:

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise CRM solutions.

You will contribute to a major multi-year program focused on delivering foundational digital services, working within a collaborative agile team environment.

Designing and developing Dynamics 365 solutions, including workflows, plugins, integrations, and custom components

Collaborating with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and DevOps activities

Ensuring solutions meet accessibility standards and user experience principles

Managing build, release, and deployment pipelines

Conducting code reviews and maintaining technical documentation

Supporting continuous improvement and innovation across the development lifecycle

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, Power Automate, plugins, and integrations

Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Experience working with Azure services and modern development technologies (C#, Web APIs, Angular, HTML/CSS)

Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1) and UX principles

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Experience working in Agile delivery environments
