This organization is undergoing a strategic CRM transformation, rebuilding its Dynamics 365 environment from the ground up. With a strong focus on student engagement and service delivery, the team is implementing a greenfield solution across multiple modules. The internal structure is lean and agile, supported by delivery partners and a clear roadmap for long-term success.

Your new role

This is a pure Functional Consultant position within the Customer Engagement space, focused on building and configuring solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights. You’ll work hands-on with the technical team and delivery partners to translate business needs into functional designs and user stories, and actively contribute to the build phase starting mid-November. The role is part of a greenfield implementation, meaning you’ll be involved in shaping the solution from scratch, not just maintaining existing systems. You’ll also support backlog delivery, triage issues, and help ensure smooth integration and data migration.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with hands-on delivery across Sales, Customer Service, and ideally Customer Insights.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional roles, with real-world implementation—not just demos or sandbox exposure.
  • Ability to build and configure solutions, not just gather requirements.
  • Experience with Contact Center Workspace, Teams Calling, and KingswaySoft for data migration is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate constructively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in education is a bonus, but not essential.
