You will be joining a luxury, custom homes, Town house construction company based in the Gold Coast.
Your new role
Residential House design & drafting
- Lead masterplan development
- Work with Construction Manager and manage Construction Detail
- Work with interior designer for interior & exterior design
- Audit and check the construction drawing from outside drafting team
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in residential house design & drafting, Revit proficiency is essential, Construction knowledge , Bilingual English/Mandarin highly valued (50% of projects require Chinese client liaison).
