Your new role

  • Your primary duty will be to assist the Document Control Manager in overseeing and implementing document control processes.
  • This role ensures that all documents are correctly identified, classified, tracked, stored, and disposed of according to the record-keeping plan and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure that all documents adhere to the legal and regulatory requirements
  • You will provide support in dealing with Freedom of Information (FOI) applications… this includes supporting businesses in finding the scope, searching for relevant documents, and drafting the notice of decision.
  • Gather materials to support the State Government departments' obligations to report annually to the Office of Information Commissioner.
  • Maintain the FOI database

  • State government experience is advantageous
  • FOI experience
  • Document control experience
  • Records management experience
  • Customer experience is critical
