Your new role
- Your primary duty will be to assist the Document Control Manager in overseeing and implementing
document control processes.
- This role ensures that all documents are correctly identified, classified, tracked, stored, and
disposed of according to the record-keeping plan and legislative
requirements.
- Ensure that all documents
adhere to the legal and regulatory requirements

You will provide support in
dealing with Freedom of Information (FOI) applications… this includes supporting businesses in finding the scope, searching for relevant documents, and drafting the notice of decision.
- Gather materials to support
the State Government departments' obligations to report annually to the Office of
Information Commissioner.
