Your new role
The role manages operations while leading and scaling an experienced and qualified team of sales and business support personnel. The MD will implement new strategic plans to accelerate revenue whilst improving margins across channel partners and opening up new and previously untested channels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience from a B2B service environment where technology improves margins and growth for your clients' business. Full P&L management and be hands-on with a growth mindset. Candidates will also need experience from leading digital solutions teams. Applicants may also have had experience establishing a small subsidiary in a new market or country.
