Your new company
Your new company is a mid-sized, for-profit, registered NDIS provider, based in Townsville. With a stable headcount and impressive average staff tenure, they've historically grown naturally with a focus on quality of service. They're currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to their team to add to their leadership team.
Your new role
Your new role will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a team of support workers, to ensure the safe delivery of person centred support across multiple SIL locations. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
What you'll need to succeed
Experience managing a team of support workers, servicing multiple Supported Independent Living houses
Qualifications in Disability Support or related Community Services field preferred, but not essential
Availability for occasional on-call duties
Blue Card, Yellow Card and First Aid Certificate, or ability to obtain
What you'll get in return

Salary package of $75,000 - $80,000 + super, commensurate with experience
