Your New Role:
  • As a Digital Technology Officer, the candidate will provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancement of digital systems, with a key focus on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, analysing business requirements, and developing small-scale digital solutions. \
  • The candidate will engage with stakeholders, document business processes, ensure governance compliance, manage environment monitoring, and contribute to continuous improvement and capability uplift within the department’s Digital Delivery team.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
  • To excel in this role, the candidate brings strengths in Microsoft Power Platform development, technical support, and solution troubleshooting.
  • They possess strong business analysis skills, the ability to document workflows and system requirements, and the capability to advise stakeholders on digital improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and a willingness to share knowledge and support organisational capability are essential.
  • Experience in monitoring environments, maintaining compliance with security and privacy requirements, and staying up to date with emerging technologies will further support success in this role.
