Your New Role

As a Senior Project Manager (Digital), you will lead the strategic direction and execution of digital platforms and customer experience initiatives. You will:

  • Define and implement platform strategies aligned with organisational and digital transformation goals.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects, including LMS, CRM, digital assessments, and self-paced learning tools.
  • Collaborate with educators and designers to ensure platforms are user-friendly, accessible, and future-ready.
  • Manage daily platform operations, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
  • Lead the development of new digital learning products and services, from concept to deployment.
  • Use agile methodologies to iterate and improve based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance digital content, platform capabilities, and marketing strategies.
  • Produce actionable reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making and highlight impact.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital platform strategy, development, and operations.
  • Strong technical skills across front-end and back-end development (WordPress, WooCommerce)
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and integration platforms
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with agile development and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
