An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity with a renowned travel operator known for their commitment to innovation and excellence.
This is an important role responsible for the digital production and optimisation of the website user experience, content authoring, campaign performance and always-on optimisation of websites.

• Work with brand teams to ensure websites are accurate and current.
• Promote CMS publishing best practices (Sitecore CMS preferred) and upskill new team members.
• Audit ANZ websites to align with global content.
• Implement effective digital marketing strategies based on data insights.
• Coordinate website and digital content updates with digital agency partners.
• Develop quality content and merchandising plans to boost engagement and sales.
• Optimise websites for CRO, SEO, and paid search with the ANZ digital team.
• Implement digital and loyalty initiatives, updating key website pages and programs.
• Create digital performance dashboards and analytics using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Present customer insights and success metrics to sales & marketing teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational goals aligned with S&M objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years in website content management and digital production in a consumer-focused organisation.
• Sitecore CMS experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with online third-party partners.
• Understanding of web environment integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage high workflow projects.
• Strong deadline management and issue resolution skills.
• Proficient in producing accurate and insightful sales reports.
• Effective time management and organisational abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, ethical, and professional.
