Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for e-commerce projects including social media, campaigns, website management, EDM communications, events and will require a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Social media management - ensure all brands are represented with high-quality, engaging content that is on brand.
- Develop, publish and maintain high-quality website content, including blogs, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage reward club membership programs, develop high-quality and engaging EDMs and manage automated email flows to enhance engagement and maximise online revenue.
- Develop digital marketing campaigns for brands to achieve KPIs, measuring effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage wine submissions to wine shows and reviewers, liaise with wine media as required to ensure maximum coverage of the FWG brands and relevant awards.
- Customer service – professionally manage email enquiries.
Key Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a business or marketing-related discipline.
- Experience and knowledge of the wine industry is preferable (Retail experience is accepted).
- E-commerce and digital marketing experience
- Experienced in CRM platforms, Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills to measure digital marketing effectiveness and ROI of digital campaigns.
- Experienced in EDM platforms – preferably Klaviyo.
- Highly developed copywriting and proofreading skills
- Proven experience in developing social media strategies, developing high-quality and engaging social media content and meta ad campaigns.
- Experience and understanding of digital marketing channels, content management tools, social networks, and new and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in website management, including the development of website content.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and self-educate.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign – desirable.
