Digital Marketing Specialist – 6-Month Temp
Location: Macquarie Park (Hybrid – 3 days in office, parking available)
Start Date: Early January
Rate: $55 - $60 per hour + super

Our client in the agricultural space is looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist to join a small customer marketing team on a 6-month contract, with strong potential to extend. This role will help them scale and clear bottlenecks, enabling the team to deliver more and focus on strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do
Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
Manage leads, audiences, and campaign activities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar CRM.
Maintain and update the website via a user-friendly CMS (Drupal experience a plus).
Work with corporate affairs team to post and monitor social media using Emplifi (formerly SocialBakers).
Analyse and report on campaign performance, including email, web, and social metrics and optimise campaigns using performance insights
Work with external agencies and global team on paid media and creative assets.
Contribute to content strategy development and digital uplift initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
Solid digital marketing background – agency or client-side.
Proven understanding of content marketing and customer journeys.
Experience with SFMC or similar CRM (essential)
Familiarity with CMS platforms and social media management tools (essential)
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimisation (essential)
Interest in emerging tech and AI tools (bonus)
Ability to write short-form copy and prompt AI tools for content and imagery (bonus)
