Your new role

• Perform mechanical work on heavy vehicles, ensuring high safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members in workshop procedures.

• Conduct repairs on brakes, suspension, air systems, axles, and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and materials used.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including risk assessments and PPE compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade qualification or equivalent in heavy vehicle mechanics.
• Experience in automotive, transport, or commercial plant maintenance.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the use of workshop tools and power equipment.
• A proactive approach to quality improvement and efficiency.
