Our client has been in business for over 20 years, and they operate in various sectors such as mining, engineering, construction and industrial services. They are known for their expertise in providing solutions and services in these industries including project management, engineering design, construction, maintenance and shutdown services. They are currently looking for multiple fitters to join their team ASAP.

Your new role

• Repair and maintenance work on heavy maintenance equipment
• Breakdown maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance
• Attending toolbox talks and reporting health and safety concerns
• Diagnostics testing and visual inspections

What you'll need to succeed

• Mechanical / Diesel Fitter Trade Certificate

• Coal Board Medical

• Standard 11

• Drivers Licence

• Living locally in the Central QLD Region

  What you'll get in return

If successful in this position, our client will offer you a full-time position working on a 7/7 Roster (Day & Night Roster – 12.5 hr shifts). You will be working in the Bowen Basin Region on a coal mining site and commencing ASAP. With this role, you will be given meals and accommodation while you’re on shift and be paid an excellent hourly rate, super on all hours worked and paid weekly.
