With close to 2000 lots to deliver and a strong pipeline of interesting work, the business is seeking an experienced Development Manager with a background in master-planned communities.
Your new role
As a Development Manager you will work across numerous developments in Melbourne's key growth corridors. Reporting to the SDM you will be overseeing 3–4 active subdivision projects. Our client is looking for someone with a strong work ethic and who is hungry to establish themselves.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have a strong background in Civil Engineering and Project Management with experience across numerous subdivision projects. Candidates with development management experience from a Design, Construction, Town planning or Surveying background will also be considered.

The requirements and responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Property & Real Estate or related discipline
- Subdivision experience - 500+ lots in a Civil Engineering, Project/Development capacity is preferable
- Engagement and management of consultants and contractors
- Management of all key stakeholders internal and external including government agencies
- Experience in project cost variations and other project costs to ensure alignment with budgets
