Your new company

Your new role

As Development Manager, you will lead renewable energy projects from early‑stage development through to financial close. You will oversee land access, approvals, grid connection, procurement and stakeholder engagement, while working closely with investment, legal, technical and commercial teams. The role offers broad exposure across development and investment decision‑making, with opportunities to contribute to acquisitions, due diligence, transaction support and portfolio growth. Periodic site visits and stakeholder engagement form a key part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in renewable energy project development or complex infrastructure projects, (5+ years)
  • Strong project management capability across approvals, procurement, grid and delivery interfaces
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of investment principles and project economics
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including landholders, regulators and senior executives
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and full Australian work rights
