A project management, development and advisory firm with over 40 years of history. One of the most respected PM and development firms in Melbourne, due to a huge amount of demand from long term clients, they require an experienced Development Manager. Boutique in size with 12 staff, they have a very experienced PM group and need additional DM support to the Managing Director. They offer both development and PM advisory services to a range of clients across land development and built form. I have dealt with this company for 5 years having assisted numerous people, all of which are still happily engaged. They have an extremely senior, experienced and well-networked upper management group, providing excellent service to their long-serving, happy clients.

Your new role

Reporting to, and working alongside the Managing Director the role will be to fully support him and take on front end duties across initially a number of land development projects, with a view to move into built form. It requires someone fully experienced in the front end project phase.

What you'll need to succeed

As per clients request
12 years+ industry experience in the development space
Ideally experience in subdivision/land development projects
Experience in preparing development strategies
Experience dealing with financiers, all consultants, authorities and end clients
Strong numbers focus, and understand market analytics
Experience in Estate master- or similar
Good communication and a personality to fit their happy workplace
