This role invites you to be an integral part of their dynamic team, working five days a week on their vibrant campus.

Your new role

As a valued member of the Campus Support Team, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and accessibility of their diverse range of ICT resources. You will be entrusted with the maintenance and support of computer labs, teaching spaces, audio-visual equipment, office technology, printers, and more. Responsibilities will include;

  • Maintenance & Installation: Ensure all ICT resources are well-maintained, installed efficiently, and operational issues resolved promptly.

  • Support Requests: Receive and adeptly handle requests for support, providing timely information to facilitate incident resolution.

  • Record Keeping: Diligently maintain records documenting actions taken during problem resolution processes.

  • Multi-Campus Support: Be prepared to travel to other campuses as needed to ensure consistent support across all locations.

What you'll need to succeed

Your proven experience in an IT support role will be complemented by your proficiency in Microsoft technology. Your ability to navigate common desktop PC software tools and web-based applications with ease is essential. Exceptional customer service skills paired with outstanding communication abilities set you apart as a collaborative team player dedicated to enhancing the user experience

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support role.
