Your new role

As a Delivery Lead / Product Owner – Data, you will lead a high-performing Enterprise Data Management squad, driving integration and reporting capabilities across multiple streams of work. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow between systems and building robust data solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Champion agile ways of working and foster collaboration across squads.

• Define and prioritise requirements within the squad backlog.

• Provide technical leadership on data integration and quality standards.

• Work in a cross-functional team alongside Data Architects, Engineers, and Analysts.

• Manage trade-offs and dependencies to ensure delivery success.

• Drive cross-squad planning and execution for complex data initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Product Owner in data-focused environments.

• Strong understanding of data architecture and its upstream/downstream impacts.

• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in regulatory compliance within financial services or insurance.

• Background in data migration projects, ideally linked to mergers or large-scale transformations.
