Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in data modelling or data architecture roles (typically 8+ years)
• Proven ability to deliver conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Experience in modelling techniques, including:
  • Relational
  • Dimensional
  • Canonical
  • Master/reference data
• Ability to engage stakeholders to define business terms, rules, and data requirements
• Experience supporting data migration and integration, including:
  • Source system analysis
  • Source-to-target mappings
  • Transformation logic
• Strong documentation capability across:
  • Data dictionaries
  • Data models and schemas
  • Interface definitions
  • Mapping and transformation specifications
• Exposure to modern data platforms, including cloud-based data lakes, warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Proficiency with SQL, modelling tools, and schema design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience in large-scale transformation or migration programmes
• Understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management
• Exposure to API, integration, or event-driven data modelling
• Familiarity with data quality, testing, and reconciliation frameworks
