Your new role

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of the data migration program.
• Design, develop, and support SSIS ETL mapping package code.
• Build and optimise data marts and warehouses to support Duck Creek reporting.
• Deliver migration/mapping solutions for complex insurance data models.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, ensuring milestones are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven leadership in large‑scale data migration initiatives.
• Experience with Duck Creek / Landscape is essential.
• Hands‑on expertise with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Strong background in data mart and data warehouse development.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile project delivery.
• Strong insurance industry data domain knowledge.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on technical delivery.
