Hays has partnered with a large Brisbane-based enterprise undergoing a significant transformation. As part of this journey, the organisation is expanding its Asset Management capabilities and is seeking two key roles to support SAP EAM data initiatives.

Your new role

1. Data Architect – SAP EAM Focus You’ll lead the design and build of EAM data enrichment within SAP, working closely with key business stakeholders to identify and coordinate knowledge transfer sessions across teams. Acting in an advisory capacity, you’ll liaise with both the business and IT project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Your input will help shape data strategies and improve asset insights across the organisation.

2. EAM Data Builder/Analyst You’ll be responsible for reviewing and analysing data inconsistencies and errors in SAP EAM master data (including functional locations, equipment items, maintenance plans, and task lists). This role involves populating load sheets and cross-reference tables for data migration and enrichment. You’ll work within the Asset Management branch, collaborating with both business stakeholders and the IT project team. Experience with spatial data will be highly desirable.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in SAP EAM data enrichment and design
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
  • Experience in analysing and correcting EAM master data in SAP
  • Skills in spatial data
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
