Your new role 
As a Data Entry Support Officer, you’ll join the Services team within the Airspace Platform branch. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of operational airways systems by supporting data entry, work package preparation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. This role contributes directly to the safety and performance of the National Airways System (NAS) and involves collaboration with technical specialists and operational teams. 
What you'll need to succeed 
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 - Experience in data entry, document preparation, and customer service
 - Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and meet deadlines
 - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships
 - Knowledge of airway systems or similar operational aviation environments (desirable)
 - Experience in cataloguing, research, and providing accurate information
 - A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, compliance, and performance standards
