What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in data engineering, ideally within a large or complex organisation
• Strong SQL skills
• Exposure to data transformation tools such as dbt
• Experience building or supporting ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Understanding of modern data platforms and reusable data product development
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms, MLOps or AI-enabled data solutions would be advantageous
• Exposure to software engineering practices would also be beneficial
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A problem-solving mindset, natural curiosity and confidence working through ambiguity
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing data and AI capability
