Your new role

This is a senior individual contributor role within a small, high‑impact data team focused on solving the organisation’s most important commercial problems. The role owns end‑to‑end delivery of data and analytics initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, working closely with senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years across data analytics, data science, or data engineering
• Strong ability to link analysis to revenue, margin, or conversion outcomes
• Advanced SQL and Python, working with large, complex datasets
• Strong Power BI capability, including executive‑trusted dashboards
• Hands‑on experience with data quality, governance, and root‑cause resolution
• Practical exposure to AI / LLM tools
• Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders
