A well-established state government organisation is looking for an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in SAP Successfactors.
Your new role
As a Senior Workforce Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. You will engage with stakeholders across departments and entities to meet workforce data needs, lead data-related project components, and contribute to the transformation of HR systems and services. Your work will directly support the delivery of improved reporting capabilities and streamlined HR processes across the organisation.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across departments and entities via various communication channels to understand and meet data needs for the HCM platform implementation.
Lead and support workforce data-related aspects of the HCM project, including contributing to system design, testing, change impact assessments, and change management materials.
Retrieve, analyse, cleanse, and transform workforce data from multiple sources into structured templates for upload into SuccessFactors HCM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a reporting service taxonomy for a centralized HR services team aligned with future-state service delivery.
Represent People & Culture (P&C) as a key liaison and contribute to whole-of-government projects, ensuring seamless system and process integration and a positive user experience.
Support broader People & Culture and Corporate Shared Services transformation initiatives, including ServiceNow implementation, through business requirements documentation, data analysis, and project support.
Champion the adoption of new systems, processes, and reporting capabilities introduced through the HCM project, driving engagement and capability uplift across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Specifically, you will have:
Proven experience in workforce data analysis, data transformation, and reporting within complex organisational environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels and functions.
Hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors HCM and/or ServiceNow, is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead data-related project components, including testing, documentation, and change support.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data cleansing, transformation, and template preparation.
Understanding of HR processes and reporting requirements in a government or large-scale corporate context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
