• Deliver high-quality qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform performance insights and policy advice
• Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Develop data visualisations and performance indicators aligned with organisational and policy objectives
• Enable effective access to data and analytics tools across technical and non-technical teams
• Coordinate collaboration across internal divisions and portfolio entities to ensure aligned delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, including consultation with senior executives and external partners
• Oversee the preparation of high-level written materials, including briefings, policy papers and reports.
• Provide leadership, foster capability development and contribute to a high-performing team culture

• Proven experience in developing or implementing complex government policy
• Strong analytical capability, with demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver clear, influential advice to senior executives and decision-makers
• Advanced communication skills, with experience presenting complex data insights effectively
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience across internal and external environments
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and influence outcomes in a dynamic setting
