Your new role
As the Data Analyst within the sales operations function, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing and interpreting sales and operational data to provide meaningful insights across the organisation.
You will:
- Pull, clean and analyse data from multiple sources, including CRM, SQL environments and internal systems.
- Develop datasets, automated reports and dashboards (Tableau) to support pipeline management, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Translate complex data into simple, strategic insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with sales, finance, operations and leadership teams to understand business priorities and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and enhance reporting frameworks and analytics capability across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large and complex datasets.
- Advanced Excel capability, strong SQL skills and experience building datasets.
- Experience developing dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Background in sales data, operational analytics or commercial reporting.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences and tell compelling data stories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful business outcomes.
