Hays Recruitment Darwin is currently seeking qualified electricians for various roles in Darwin. We are looking for experienced electricians for local, DIDO (Drive-In Drive-Out), and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) projects, including construction, solar, fire, and power generation sectors. Supervisory positions are also available.

Your new role

• Power Generation: Experience in power and gas turbine generation, management opportunity.
• Solar Electricians: Qualified in solar installations, management opportunity.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation of all completed work.
• Supervisor and Team leadership: Lead team in project completion.
• New Build/Installations: Electrical fit-outs and pre-shutdown activities.
• Hazardous Environments: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment in explosive atmospheres (EEHA).

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant electrical qualification or Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
• Experience in leading teams or projects.
• Solar qualification (design and install).
• Instrumentation licence.
• White Card.
• Based in Darwin.
• Construction experience.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current C class driving licence.
