Your new role
As a CX Designer/ Service Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end customer experience improvements across a range of high-impact initiatives. This is a hands-on, design-led role—not just strategy on paper. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to co-design solutions, map journeys, and bring the customer voice into every stage of service development. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing evolution of a university-wide CX framework, collaborating with the Skills Enablement Lead and other stakeholders to embed best practices across the organisation.
