I am currently hiring a Customer Support specialist in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing high‑quality support across phone, email, and ticketing systems. You’ll build strong product knowledge, manage service enquiries, and play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (phone-based experience is highly regarded)
- Confidence, maturity, and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- A willingness to learn and upskill
What you'll need to succeed
Education & Experience
- High school qualification required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards experience advantageous
- Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus
