We are partnered with this Utility Company in Fortitude Valley to recruit a Customer Support Officer for an immediate start until 30th June 2026 with the possibility for extension.

Your new role

Join this Utility Company to deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints and case management. In this temporary role, you will:
  • Investigate and provide outcomes to customer requests
  • Review, gather information and make decisions regarding incoming applications to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome is delivered
  • Provide regular updates to customers and work towards case closures
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this position, you should possess:
  • Water Industry experience is advantageous
  • Previous customer service experience or customer case management experience required
  • Ability to work independently, manage assigned cases and prioritise work to ensure KPI’s are met
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Competence in using standard office equipment and software
