Your new role
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service professionals
  • Drive performance and ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor KPIs and report on team performance
  • Full-time opportunity Monday to Friday in-office

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service leadership role within a corporate or manufacturing setting, ideally 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead from the front and inspire a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
