We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join a Business Banking Contact Centre, supporting small business customers who are experiencing payment difficulties and require tailored assistance.
This is a fast‑paced role combining outbound customer contact, inbound enquiries and process-driven case work, ideal for candidates comfortable having financial conversations and managing high‑volume workloads.


Key Details
  • Hourly rate: $37.13 + super
  • Hours: Rotating roster between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Office-based initially (5 days per week), with potential WFH once trained
  • Contract: Open to visa holders | Extension opportunities available
Please note: No planned leave can be taken during May or June due to operational requirements.


The Role
You will be working with small business customers whose accounts have fallen into arrears, proactively reaching out to discuss repayment options and next steps.
The role is predominantly outbound, with some inbound calls, and a strong focus on clearing backlog and progressing cases efficiently.
  • High‑volume outbound/inbound calls
  • Managing arrears and payment difficulty conversations
  • End‑to‑end case management and processing

Training & Support
  • Structured training program (up to 3 weeks)
  • Focused on systems, processes and real case exposure
  • You’ll be managing live cases quickly after training.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous business banking or financial services experience
  • Confidence having difficult payment and arrears conversations
  • Strong contact centre background (outbound and/or inbound)
  • Comfortable working in a process‑driven environment
  • Resilient, professional and customer‑focused communication style
  • Ability to manage volume while maintaining quality outcomes
