Working with a large NFP health fund in their Wollongong branch, this organisation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team!

Your new role

After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face and via email
  • Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in retail, sales working to sales KPIs and customer service.
  • Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes
  • Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
