Your new role

This full-time, office-based position (Monday to Friday) offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions, from order processing to client support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Manage and resolve warranty requests
• Coordinate shipment and delivery information
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely responses and resolutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Vehicle to access organisation location (not accessible by public transport)

What you'll get in return

• Minimum3+ years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with SAP or similar is desired)
