Your new role
Your new role as a Customer Service
Representative you will join a fantastic team responsible for duties not
limited to:
- Handle incoming phone calls
confidently and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Process and manage key customer
orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and oversee customer
accounts, including updates and issue resolution.
- Perform general administrative
tasks to support daily operations.
- Complete data entry tasks and
ensure proper filing and organisation of documents.
- Set up new product items in the
system and create detailed job specifications.
- Monitor and manage stock levels
to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Handle petty cash transactions
and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and provide quotes and
estimates for customers as required.
- Act as a backup for the
Purchasing Officer, assisting with procurement tasks when needed.

Undertake other duties as
directed to support the team and business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
To
be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

Demonstrated ability to
communicate clearly and confidently, especially when handling phone calls
and engaging with customers.

Strong organisational skills
with experience in managing customer accounts and processing orders
accurately.

High attention to detail for
administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and
maintaining accurate records.

Solid understanding of
inventory control and financial processes, such as stock management and
petty cash handling.

Ability to work collaboratively
and adapt to changing priorities, including supporting purchasing
activities and taking on additional responsibilities when required.

Proactive problem-solving skills with the capability to set up new items, create job specifications,
and prepare accurate quotes or estimates.
