Your new role

Your new role will see you act as a key point of contact for customer and sales enquiries, managing quotes, follow‑ups, and supporting the end‑to‑end customer journey while working closely with internal teams.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer‑facing role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage enquiries via phone and email
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive, customer‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office
