Our client is a well-known, reputable vehicle repair organisation on the Northern end of the Gold Coast. Due to their current demand, an experienced customer service / call centre consultant is required to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Your new role

As the customer service consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls, providing customer service and information
• Data entry and database management
• Booking in jobs and vehicle assessments
• Communicating with customers on progress updates
• General administration support to the team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous customer service / call centre experience in a high volume role
• Exceptional communication skills and phone manner
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships and rapport with clients
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Full time availability
