Your new role
As the customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service via phone, email and in person. These duties include but are not limited too;
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar customer service role will lead you to your success, as will;
Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
Your strong time management and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Your attention to detail that is second to none
