Your new role
Join a dynamic team where you'll provide exceptional phone-based support to the public. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll handle a high volume of calls, respond to enquiries with empathy and professionalism, and complete administrative tasks across various internal systems. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a busy call centre or similar high-volume customer service role
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- High levels of resilience and efficiency
- Australian Citizenship (required to obtain Baseline Security Clearance)
- Willingness to undergo clearance and work in a fast-paced government environment
