Our client is a well established organisation that plays a key role in Southern Victoria's agricultural sector, supporting farmers in producing high quality, fresh, and locally sourced produce.
You will be responsible for the following
- Answer telephone switchboard calls and enquiries and re-direct where appropriate.
- Take accurate messages and forward to appropriate staff member.
- Actions from phone enquiries, not limited to posting or emailing information and directing customers to our website.
- First point of contact for our 'Online Chat' website function.
- Front of office Reception.
- Processing receipting and daily banking
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in computer systems, including an intermediate to advanced understanding of the Microsoft Suite
- Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new challenges
- Ability to clear a Police Check
