Your New Role
This is a front-line customer service position where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve enquiries and service anomalies across multiple communication channels. You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting internal teams, and ensuring service quality remains high.
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and webforms with a focus on first-touch resolution
Delivering clear, professional written and verbal communication
Investigating and reporting consignment anomalies using internal CRM systems
Collaborating with internal teams to share insights and improve service delivery
Supporting new staff through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing
Building strong relationships with customers to promote retention and satisfaction
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a blend of customer service expertise, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.
2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role/call centre role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Proficiency across multiple computer systems
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Experience in freight, logistics, or transport desirable
Have a C class driving licence
Ability to conduct a Drug & Alcohol screening and police check
