Your new role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting account managers and operations teams to deliver outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving service-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Handle customer calls, reporting, and administrative tasks as part of the customer service team.
  • Attend customer meetings and teleconferences to gather feedback and develop service strategies.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and changes within the customer service function.
  • Assist in injury rehabilitation and return-to-work plans as needed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, ideally within the transport industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and act as a trusted advisor.
