Join a leading organisation within the Business Banking sector, renowned for delivering high-quality transaction and client services to a dedicated client base. You'll be part of a national team supporting business customers through a range of complex banking products and services.


Your new role

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end client service within Transaction Services. You will manage client enquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and client portals, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

  • Managing inbound client enquiries
  • Handling high volumes of email queries
  • Supporting client requests via secure portals and internal platforms
  • Resolving complex and sometimes unique operational queries
  • Delivering exceptional service to an existing client base


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a highly adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


  • Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment (banking preferred but not essential)
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn complex processes and systems
  • Proactive, self-starter with a flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
  • Must be available Thursday 25th June for an in-person Assessment Centre
  • Au Citizens and Permanent Residents only
